1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Wanzo website (wanzo.co.uk) and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. Services Description
Wanzo Ltd provides internet connectivity, managed IT services, cloud services, cybersecurity, unified communications, network infrastructure and AI automation services to UK businesses.
3. Client Obligations
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information about their requirements, maintaining the security of their own systems and credentials, and using our services in accordance with applicable law.
4. Payment Terms
Standard payment terms are 30 days from the date of invoice. Specific payment terms may be agreed in individual service contracts.
5. SLA and Service Credits
Service Level Agreements are defined in individual service contracts. Where we fail to meet agreed SLA commitments, service credits will be applied in accordance with the terms of the relevant agreement.
6. Acceptable Use Policy
Our services must not be used for any unlawful purpose, to transmit harmful or malicious content, or in any way that could damage, disable or impair our network or services.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Wanzo website, including text, graphics, logos and software, is the property of Wanzo Ltd and is protected by copyright law.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wanzo Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
